Refund Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
In short: bought on iPhone? Ask Apple. Bought on Mac? Contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
Purchases on iPhone (App Store)
Apple processes App Store payments, so only Apple can issue these refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or open the receipt email from Apple and choose “Report a Problem”.
Purchases on Mac (web checkout)
- First 14 days: if Pro isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for any plan, including Lifetime, and we’ll refund it in full.
- Annual free trial: you won’t be charged if you cancel during the 7-day trial. The 14 days start from the first charge after the trial.
- Renewals: renewal payments aren’t normally refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven’t used Pro since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund it.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges or charges after you cancelled are always refunded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Pro turns off when the refund is issued.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. If you’re in the EU or UK, you agree when buying that Pro starts immediately, which means the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once Pro is unlocked; our 14-day refund above applies anyway.
How to ask
Contact us at the Contact us page in the app with the email on your receipt and, if you have it, the order number. We reply within 2 business days.
